“Bury Me” by Moontower

Indie pop band Moontower comes to Wolf in a Suit for the first time with honest and relatable must listen gem that is “Bury Me”. With this amazingly crafted and refreshing blend of melodies and lyrics they provide us with the perfect dose of escapism that we needed. The track comes from a place that is so personal to the band but manages to speak to us all grabbing onto a universal vibration that we can call feel close to us. The track flows with ease as it provides our senses and our hearts and soul a push to move forward to remember that our passion and our dreams must never be silenced. Enjoy!

“I wrote this song last year during a time of fear and uncertainty, similar to the chaos of the current climate… A synagogue my family attends had been the target of a mass shooting, some of the artists I look up to most took their own lives, and it felt like the world took steps backwards on LGBTQ+ rights. As a proud Jewish & bisexual person who has struggled with depression, I became acutely aware of the hate I may invite into my life. Bury Me was written as a reminder to myself to NOT let fear silence passion. If I can show people anything through this song, it’s the importance of taking care of yourself so you can be better for the world.” – Moontower
