Indie rock/pop duo ClayPark delivers one of the most honest and truly amazing tracks I’ve heard this year with their latest “The Truth”. The pair takes us on a trip through “mildly” exaggerated scenes in which we see the other side of being in band/duo. They embrace the fact that is not all rainbows and butterflies and sometimes conflict is bound to arise (especially when you’ve been working together for 10 years making music like them). The song understands that there are issues around the corner and it also reminds us that those issues can be overcome and that working together and being there for each other is possible. It’s one of my favorite songs because it simply hits you with what is real and that is so refreshing to hear nowadays. So enter their soundscape and enjoy!
