One of the best indie rock bands I’ve ever heard is The Rose Monarch and by listening to their latest single “The Funeral” you will find yourself agreeing with me. I mean just listen to the emotion filled electricity that oozes from April Rose Gabrielli aka one of the most mesmerizing and hypnotizing leading singers that could have ever stepped into a stage. Plus she is perfectly complimented by the instruments that are played to perfection by James Humphreys (Lead Guitar), Kevin Eiserman (Guitar/Vocals), Matt Cusano (Bass) & Jared Gabrielli (Drums). Together they all take the subjects of death, mortality, and loss on an intimate level and set forth a soundscape that is turned into the leading single for their latest EP (which you most definitely should get – it is Echoes from the End). So listen, enjoy and fall into the world they have created and be thankful for more amazing music is coming.
