“Wouldn’t want to be ya” by Yonaka

wouldn't want to be ya-yonaka-uk-indie rock-alternative rock-indie music-new music-music blog-indie blog-wolfinasuit-wolf in a suitThe talented four-piece from Brighton, UK Yonaka are everything and more of what I could hope for in indie rock. They are a perfect balance of charm, power, magnetism and of course talent. With the voice of Theresa Jarvis leading the way the guys do not falter one bit and make sure that the world knows that they are all together in this monster of music they have created. Their latest single “Wouldn’t want to be ya” is raw, in your face, emotional and showcases the songwriting capacity that lies in this young band. And as they continue to head on forward we can clearly see why they are now signed with Asylum/Atlantic Records and Co-headlining their own tour through the UK with Gurr. So stay on the lookout for more of Yonaka, because this band is definitely going somewhere.
